Howard (Boh) Mitchell graduated a lifer from The Heights in 2007 after receiving Cavalier Awards for golf and lacrosse as well as the Headmaster Award. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from the Loyola University Maryland and earned the Ayd Philosophy Medal for the highest g.p.a. in the department. Boh spent the next few years completing the prerequisites for medical school in a post-baccalaureate program at the University of Maryland, College Park, while performing mental health research at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development at Johns Hopkins University. Boh is the Varsity lacrosse defensive coach.
