Roger Naill joined the The Heights faculty in 2012. He retired in 2009 following nearly 30 years working for the AES Corporation as Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree in management from the Sloan School of Management, M.I.T. and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Dartmouth College. He received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree (with a concentration in Moral Theology) at Notre Dame University (Christendom College). Dr. Naill teaches Religion in the Middle School. He and his wife Carol reside in Arlington, Virginia; they have two daughters and twelve grandchildren.
Roger will be taking a sabbatical for the 2020-21 year, but looks forward to returning in the fall of 2021!
