ALL FRIDAYS (5-7pm) FOOD PACKING AT ST JOSEPH’S PANTRY
St. Joseph’s Pantry at the Shrine of Saint Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church (Rockville) needs volunteers on Friday evenings to help pack food for distribution. Volunteers from various local schools sort food and fresh produce into family-sized packages for distribution the following day. We work from 5-7 pm on all Fridays. ALL SATURDAYS (8:30 – 11:00am) FOOD DISTRIBUTION AT ST JOSEPH’S PANTRY
St. Joseph’s Pantry at the Shrine of Saint Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church (Rockville) needs volunteers to help distribute food to individual families. Volunteers from various local schools help load food packages into personal vehicles from 08:30 – 10:30 am on most Saturday mornings. If you would like to volunteer please sign up >>here<<.

NOVEMBER 5 – 23. THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE.
The annual Thanksgiving Food Drive will be held from 5 – 23 November. Donations of canned or dry goods should be placed in the bins outside the 2nd floor chapel doorway. Cash and check contributions should be delivered to the front desk.

NOVEMBER 8 – 16, 2021. HOLIDAY GIFT BOXES.
In partnership with the Maryland Council of the Knights of Columbus, the members of the Service Club will be sending 100 holiday gift boxes to underprivileged boys in Central America this Christmas season. The gift boxes will be packed with fun toys and useful items that a boy of middle or lower school age would like to have, and will be presented by local Catholic missionaries. This program recognizes that many children do not have family or economic resources with which to celebrate Christmas. Boxes will be packed on Tuesday 16 November. Donations should be delivered to the bin in classroom 22. Cash and check contributions to defray the cost of shipping should be delivered to the front desk.‘

NOVEMBER 20th. THANKSGIVING TURKEY DISTRIBUTION.
Club members will be helping to deliver Thanksgiving turkeys at the St. Stephen Food Pantry at St Jude Catholic Church in Rockville.

DECEMBER 15th. WINTER COATS.
Members of the club will deliver the winter coats donated during the Christmas Around the World celebration.
